Please read first: This form is just like the ones you use to order books, clothes, etc on line. You make choices item by item, then select the number of items on the following screen. For example, to register two people you enter one name, Add to Cart. Then click the Continue Shopping button to come back to this page and do the same for the second person. For the lunch or dinner, if you (both) want the buffet, click it once and then enter "2" in the Quantity column on the Cart page.

When you have finished, click Proceed to Checkout. When you have finished, I suggest printing the form although you will receive an e-mail confirmation very soon.
